Describe the energy around you. Do you notice the activity of the moon when you are not near waters affected by the tide? Can you sense a void moon? What is a void moon? What clues are you given when planets change from one sign to another?
What is the most important thing that you need to let someone know about your own light? Your own light would be the energy of the planetary placement at the time of your birth. You can look up your natal chart and often find that information free – however sometimes the free natal chart information varies and speaking with a real astrologer can set the table for a future of understanding planetary energies in motion.
The art of your humanity is my philanthropic approach.
In this next section we will discuss the basics of astrology – the sun and moon. We also outline the basic 12 astrological signs and houses. Study this information. The goal is to know as much you can about each because the advanced astrologer puts the planets into motion.
“He who does not understand astrology is not a doctor, but a fool.” – Hippocrates
Recently, I started an online educational platform and one of the class that I am preparing for webinar is Astrology Basics. To understand your humanity, you must see the tools above in the sky. Astrology is ancient. In technological 2018, this ancient tool has been overlooked. Honestly, I am ready to move on from this ancient tool into a new dimension – but the rest of consciousness isn’t ready for me to move on yet.
Here is a first part that we are working on. When reading through the 12 items on the list, ask yourself a few questions and take a journey.
- What energy does this time of the year bring? It often helps to imagine the fruit tree seed. It sprouts in the early spring sometime after the last frost. Then it works hard to develop strong roots. Sometime after equal day, equal night the days get longer and the temperatures rise. This is the time for growth to foundation. The summer brings buds that must flower to produce fruit. Before the long winter, the fruits emerge in abundance. The fruits fall, the leaves fall, and the plant goes quiet for the long winter before the next growing season.
- What planet is associated with each astrological sign?
- When looking through a list of people born under each sign, can you place yourself inside that energy? Are you like they?
- What is your sun sign, what is your moon sign? – we will begin there.
If the skies are a big clock – then imagine Earth as our spaceship. The moon moves approximately 30 degrees every 2-2.5 days. Before moving to the next astrological sign, the moon goes void and does not move. We call this the void moon. Can you feel when it moves or when it is stopped? Can you sense the tides change without looking at the tide schedule or being nearby water?
The moon is our “day” clock.
In 28-30 days we will experience the emotional energetics disseminate and pass through each of the 12 astrological signs. We will experience different energies and emotions every 2-2.5 days. During the time the moon disseminates the energies over the 2-2.5 days, imagine a bell curve. The energy picks up, has a peak, and then settles back before going void and then eventually picking up the energy of the next astrological sign. Imagine a tide or a wave.
Clinical disorders that people place themselves into like – BIPOLAR disorder for example – could just be a manifestation of the moon and the emotional energy each day or two brings.
The moon moves through all 12 astrological signs within one moon cycle from new moon to new moon. We look at the beginning of the wheel as the sign of Aries. The new year begins when the moon and the sun meet in the sign of Aries called the new moon.
A new moon is when the sun and moon meet in one astrological sign.
The full moon is when the moon is opposite the sun (180 degrees from the new moon point).
The sun moves through the 12 signs every 28-30 days. It moves from one 30 degree astrological sign to another. This totals a 360 degree astrological mandala.
The sun is our “month” clock.
Let us begin here.

Some of the information didn’t format well but it will look a lot better when I can load it onto my school platform.
When you understand this information, we will look deeper into the other planets, their energies, and where they are currently located. You will need to understand how fast they move, their route, and the degree they are sitting in the sky.
WHY is this stuff important? If you understand how the energies affect you today, you can forsee tomorrow. You know when the energy is strong in the different house placements and you will be better planned to attend to the day.
For example, during the void of course moon time feels slower. It gives us more time to relocate items we thought had gone lost. Completing projects is also great energy during the void moon. Often beginning new things on a void moon isn’t supported and we are often frustrated, call the day “busy” or have to re-do something.
So look over the materials, think on the supporting questions, and then look for more information in the following weeks to support and expand this very basic knowledge.
This information as it is is just the foundational pieces. Just wait until they begin to move and you have this giant astrological mandala in your head like I do. 🙂
