Essential Oil Pantry

Essential Oil Pantry

Mounted inside the massage room on the wall is a full essential oil pantry.  During the massage, any number of the oils are layered along the body depending on the presentation.  When I travel, the basket on the shelf in the picture can be filled up with several oils to be used in your own personal space.

At least one whole shelf was gifted to me.  Some of my oils come direct from Cairo, Egypt.  I have no particular oil preference.  There are two Marlene’s store nearby and if I ever run out of something requested or necessary, then I will drive there and pick up whatever kind they happen to have.  When it comes to the more expensive oils like Sandalwood, Frankincense or Melissa then I will look for a variety that produces a more pure product that is 100% therapeutic grade.

Once upon a time I conducted a survey to the general population to see if they could ‘smell out’ a better quality brand essential oil.

For example, one Saturday at the WA Farmer Market – I presented Bergamot in 3 forms.  The population entered the building and found a survey on a table.  Smell each bottle, and check the number you prefer: 1,2 or 3.  They were to smell Aura Cacia, Nature’s Pantry of Bulk Apothecary and Nestafari of Egypt.

7 total wrote a response.  4 chose Nature’s Pantry Bergamot.  2 chose Aura Cacia Bergamot, and 1 picked Nestafari Bergamot.

In my pantry you’ll find all of the big name essential oil creators and then also some local.  Lavender is a native plant of Sequim, WA.  I sourced my essential oil with that plant direct from where it grows nearby and I support my local farmer.

Each massage will leave you feeling so refreshed and so relaxed because the essential oils have unlocked the way to wellness.  Your full body massage is at least 70 minutes and includes the essential oil layering.  Please visit www.abserenity.com to contact.IMG_20170705_182208

Cannabis Oasis Tacoma, WA – review

Cannabis Oasis Tacoma, WA – review

“Legal Weed” review.  June 26, 2017 we stopped in at the Cannabis Oasis in Tacoma, WA nearby the Tacoma mall around lunchtime.

Have your ID ready when you enter the business.  Once you establish credibility (21+years old), you can walk up to the counter and pick your selection.  From the left to right of the store you will find your concentrates/vapables, edibles, cremes, and then flowers.

We were not offered weed packaged inside plastic.  The gal behind the counter just asked us what we liked and then set some jars on the counter for us to look at.  You cannot open them and get the aromatics.  We picked Gorilla Glue hybrid for our go to med and then we picked Pink Cookies for our Indica.

The words on the wall were confusing and scattered everywhere.  I picked based on prior knowledge of the plant and what I have tried before.  The menu at this location was the only thing that I would adjust for better customer service.  I was dizzy trying to read the weed, $, amount or goofy weed name.

Gorilla Glue Hybrid total THC is 27.05%, CBD 0.09% and total CBD’s are 27.1%.  Pink Cookies Indica total THC is 26.50%, CBD 0.09% and total 23.33%.

The Gorilla Glue has beautiful botanical aromatics when you open the cork from the glass jar.  The smoke is smooth and comes with a little choke when you inhale a large toke.  It packs a punch of energy and takes away body aches and mosquito bite scratching. We purchased 3.5 grams for $40.

The Pink Cookie came in a nice nug jug also.  One toke on this indica and my whole body melted to the floor.  I began to drool and sweat.  This couch lock lasted only about 10 minutes and then I felt a heaviness.  We purchased 3.5 grams for $40.

The 7 grams of weed lasted 2 of us 10 days or the length of my husband’s vacation.

In the pictures you also see our spoon of coconut oil…

weed first – massage next.

We spend our vacation high on weed and naked and slippery.  The two make for fantastic date night with the one you love.

Pioneer Cabin & Pluto

Pioneer Cabin & Pluto

January’s Pisces stellium and sun-pluto conjunction the weekend of January 7-8, 2017 was a rough ride here on my corner of earth. This astrology comes around every 248 years.

Pioneer Cabin was a Sequoia Redwood in Calaveras, CA. In the 1800’s some people thought that carving a large walkway through this giant redwood tree was awesome. They considered it a tourist attraction. Well, the astrology was too much for this tree to handle, and it fell down.  The tree had suffered fire in it’s time so that was the foundation for the carving of the walkway through the center. Reports say that the tree was hardly alive and couldn’t handle the storm.

Why do I report? Because in my Sequoia grove – that weekend – 2 humans people, 1 female & 1 male,  who lived directly under two different Sequoia in the grove here in Federal Way, WA DIED. Spontaneously. One person was found unresponsive, and the other suffered a week in hospital until they too passed on.

When a Cedar tree fell on the path out in Quinault by the Big Cedar Tree – I knew. When the Pioneer Cabin tree fell in the CA Redwood City, I knew.

Part of me is writing this to the reader so that they see the delicate human/tree connection we have here on Earth. Those trees are not trees. They magnify thoughts among other unexplainable energetics.

Sequoia sempervirens

Sequoia sempervirens

My prayer antenna. There are two redwood from one trunk out front of the little house. On our property, this Sequoia isn’t much taller than the many Douglas fir.  I send prayer out and receive message through the tree. I smudge the tree with sage and Palo regularly with the moon.

My husband and I were married on Quinault lake by the big Cedar tree. Tree spirit and I are a team.
